The recipe combines cocoa mass and Swiss cream with a caramel sauce made from sugar, cream, cocoa butter and butter, plus 4% Cognac Fine Champagne and vanilla extract. These truffles contain milk, soya from the lecithin emulsifier and 4% alcohol from the cognac.
