At least 51% cocoa gives these truffles a rich, full-bodied base, rounded off with a caramel sauce made from sugar, double cream, cocoa butter and butter. Refined with 4% Cognac Fine Champagne and vanilla extract, they contain milk, soya from the lecithin emulsifier, and 4% alcohol.
