Like our recipes, our people come from richly diverse backgrounds—Swiss, English, Portuguese, Venezuelan, and now Banin, who brings her vibrant spirit from Iraq. Many member have embraced Switzerland, learning the language, adapting to the culture, and falling in love with the breathtaking beauty of the Bernese Oberland landscapes. So much so, they no longer plan to return to their home countries—this is home now.

While our team brings together a rich mix of cultures, we still remain deeply rooted in Swiss tradition, guided by Herr Martin Teuscher, our Swiss owner, and Herr Roman Muhlematter, our Grindelwald store manager. Each team member brings their own unique skills, stories, and perspectives, making our team as multi-faceted as the chocolate we create.
