The recipe combines Swiss double cream and whole milk powder for a creamy texture, finished with 4% Fine Champagne Cognac and a hint of vanilla. The coating’s subtle colour comes naturally from ingredients such as blackcurrant, radish and apple, rather than artificial colourings. These truffles contain milk and 4% alcohol. Please also note that they may contain traces of nuts.
