The filling is made with caramel sauce, Swiss double cream and butter, and the outer shell with cocoa mass containing at least 51 percent cocoa. The truffles are refined with 4 percent Fine Champagne cognac and vanilla extract, and contain milk, soy from the lecithin emulsifier and 4 percent alcohol.
