    The pack contains 4 truffles with a total weight of 50 grams, a compact size for a spontaneous little gift from Interlaken or Grindelwald, or as an addition to a larger gift. With at least 37% cocoa, the milk chocolate has a rich, creamy flavour.


    The recipe combines Swiss double cream, whole milk powder and cream powder for a creamy texture, finished with 7% Cognac and a hint of vanilla. These truffles contain milk, soy and 7% alcohol from the Cognac.
